How should MUIC use twitter?

I have three suggestions how MUIC should use twitter in order to improve its services. Firstly, by using twitter, MUIC can easily provide some news, current events, and some other informations to all students. It is likely that the chance of twitter will getting error is less than a chance of oasis which errors always occured while too many people visit the site. Twitter helps students to keep in touch with each other. Students can open twitter and leave some messages to their friends or teachers, the message will be available in both individual and to everyone. By sending a direct message, the message will be seeing by only the person who sent it and the person who received it. The last advantage of twitter is that, there is a service via mobile phone, which is useful to everyone as people do not have to open the website by using computer, but via their mobile phones, which is available everywhere.
